No etiquette!! Walk in this morning no one greeted me nor to the customer that walk in after me. I stand where line starts I see an employee helping a customer prior to me. The other employee is finishing a mobile order makes eye contact yet never acknowledges me, when she is done with her mobile order she stand and looks at me does say what can I get you, nothing! I had to tell her are you ready for me?!! Horrible customer service sad to say they are wearing name tags so I can share theirs name but absolutely rude.
I will never ever order or go to this subway.😐 I placed an order before they closed on New Year's eve and I kept seeing the progress on my phone. When it said it was done I was there and the place was closed. I have called many times and as of today 1/21, I haven't got my money refunded. It is obvious I got charged for food I never received and I can't get the manager to do anything. I need to go higher up at this point. They do not deserve even one star. They are basically stealing from me.
