Dude made 3 separate online orders (multiple sandwiches) before even acknowledging me standing in front of him.

Long story: I walk in to order. There’s a couple guys in front of me that he’s wrapping up their order. As he’s done, another guy walks in. Sandwich maker tells me I have to wait cuz he’s an online order from earlier. Makes 3 sandwiches. Then tells me he has another online order, I’m like uhhh okay fine. Dude tells me he has one last one and l that’s when I had it

I get it, he’s solo and I’m sure he’s been told by management (hopefully not the case) to prioritize online orders. But this is flat out ridiculous. Although I had waited for long time, I left and went to the subway on lone tree and deer valley. Super fast and way better!

Went at 930am this morning and they were still closed even though they were supposed to open at 9.

Horrible costumer service to many times, I don’t like some workers especially a guy
