Excellent customer service!! The lady we talked to while getting our sandwiches made was so funny and nice, talked up the new menu and sauces, gave us samples, and was all-around incredibly friendly. I ended up giving her a 50% tip, because it's not only the best Subway experience I've had in forever, it's probably one of the best experiences I've had in Bonney Lake in general. I'll definitely be coming back to this location, and the reason for this is entirely because of her outstanding service this evening. 😁

I didn't get to order because no one answered the drive thru. I waited a few minutes at the speaker and then another minute at the window and no one came to help.

They missed ingredients on my daughter's sandwich and last year they turned away a customer that came in before closing. He looked so defeated and sad. Anyways that's OK. I'm just disappointed with the pepper jack cheese...and that's prob not a location issue but SUBWAY CHEAPED OUT ON PEPPERJACK CHEESE! IT'S LITERALLY A KRAFT SINGLE WITH BARELY ANY PEPPER. So there's no cheese I can eat there now because the rest is cheap trash. It's not worth the money w/o a promo code. Subway is too busy making foot long cookies & giving Russell Wilson commercials.
