Ordered using the Subway app and it was paired with Door Dash. The app said the order would be delivered in 20-30 minutes. About an hour later our sandwich which were toasted were delivered and they were gross. The bread seemed more stale than toasted and it was like warm soggy. I also tried the Auntie pretzel which I love from Aunties but this one was cold, stale and no flavor plus the salt just fell off. Seriously subway get it together - charging more for all around a worse job. The chocolate cookie was still delicious.

The Sandwich artist told me that my wrap would turn into a hard Flatbread if I ordered it, she then disappeared without any word I to the back. I left the store. Terrible employee who couldn't manage the bare minimum.

Breianna W is killing it!! After having terrible experiences previously, she turned it around! Welcoming to the store, overly kind during my bad day, awesome worker that went above and beyond!
