The place and the food was good. The service was friendly, but there were many customers in line and only one person working, so we had to wait for a while. The toaster was broken, so we couldn’t warm up the sandwich, which for me is a dealbreaker, but when I learned about the toaster, I was halfway in the order (and very hungry). Again, the service was nice and she was trying to go as fast as possible. I just hope she can get some help soon.

It's a bummer because I know how little they're paid.. but even sandwiches that you order are missing the main ingredients advertised in the sandwich. So I wasted my money again today. I'm done with this location.

The customer service is fantastic, and the is very store clean and organized. They have a new manager Jennifer and she did a big favor by taking a large catering order for the next day. Another restaurant cancelled last minute and we are very lucky this shop took our order. She took the stress out of the other restaurant’s cancellation!
Jennifer even came in on her day off and opened an hour early for our pick-up. When we came everything was nicely boxed up. She put a lot of thought out into what type of sauces and toppings to pack for our sandwiches and salads. They go above and beyond at this Subway. Highly recommend!
