Ordered the Philly Steak which was supposed to come with double cheese. The entire sandwich had maybe 2 little pieces. It was pepper jack and couldn't taste it at all.

I have mixed feelings about this one. There have been times we've had great service, and times we've had terrible service. My biggest complaint was one night we arrived ten minutes before closing, which I understand is not ideal, but there were people at the tables eating, and we were just grabbing a quick sandwich. The open sign was lit up, but after we walked inside the two male workers in the back yelled that they were closed. We looked at the open sign again, the closing time, the two groups of people eating, and were again yelled at from the back that they were closed. Very rude. One of the workers very well could've walked out and told us they were closed instead of creating such a scene in front of their other customers by repeatedly yelling at my daughter and I from the back room. Beyond unprofessional and unnecessarily rude.

Ordered steak and cheese sandwich and the toaster didn’t work right so got home and it was cold. The soda machine was out of most items, there was only one employee because the other one was Napping. The coupons didn’t work. I feel bad for the worker that was there. She was friendly and she was working hard. She should get a raise for the stress that doing that by herself would cause. Also it isn’t legal for her not to be able to take breaks. I think LNI, Subway corporate and the health department for no hats or hair nets should be alerted about this place.
