Orders are usually not perfect but that is okay. Today I went into the store and ordered some food. I ordered extra toppings and they were placed on only one side of the sandwich. I didn’t want to say anything because it seems petty but it was very lopsided. I had to first ask to get the meat put on evenly and then I had to ask them to cover all the meat with cheese. Both employees then looked at each other and rolled their eyes. It’s hard enough to have to ask for my food to be made correctly but then to be treated like that… I said “I will just go somewhere else sorry for waisting your time” and I left. The food is okay but I’m not going to be treated like that so I won’t be going back. These employees were adults too so there is no excuse for this behavior. It’s hard to understand how an adult can be so lazy that someone has to ask for their sandwich to be made properly…

I placed an order through the App. Everything went fine until my order was suddenly cancelled with no explanation. I tried calling the restaurant and couldn’t get through. I went to the restaurant and was not greeted friendly at all. I told the girl with pink hair what happened and she said our Internet is shotty. She then went on to other business, finally came back to me and said “so what do you want?” At this point I told her to forget it and walked out. My bank account shows the charge being taken out of my account for this order I didn’t receive. I will be contacting the manager

Great service by not one, but two happy, upbeat, friendly, employees. Food was typica subway but they employees made the visit well worth it and had both my son and I smiling and laughing by the time they were done making the sandwiches. Not an easy task after a day of shopping!
