I’m not sure why this restaurant has a low rating, it’s clean, well organized, and over all a great place to eat. I have only had the pleasure of dealing directly with the manager and she is amazing, and extremely nice, and makes an awesome sandwich. She takes the time to offer me suggestions about how to make my sandwich better unlike any other subway I’ve ever been to Were they just try to rush you through the line and get you out the door.

I give this place a 10/10, this is my regular spot to eat when I come up here for work from now on!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The place is clean, but the manager is the worst. I was there today and she actually closed the store with a line of customers because apparently she was hungry. She came out from the back and said "I'm done, we need to eat". The worker at the counter (who was very nice and polite) was willing to serve customers while the manager ate, but the manager was very rude and dramatic. She's so obnoxious my wife avoids eating there when the manager is working.

I've never seen a restuarant manager treat customers so poorly and she doesn't deserve the position. It's pretty bad when someone demands tips and makes you feel bad for ordering food, especially a manager (past experience there). I felt bad for the employee and could tell she was embarrassed, she would actually make a much better manager than the current one.
