Took my money, but didn't send succulents in 2 weeks or less as their website states. It seems like a Ponzi scam... they should not people charge until they ship the plants. They don't respond to emails either. I would not recommend.

Plants are always in great condition and still thriving in my care. Of course things happen when shipped but this company takes care of you if there is a mishap and they get back with you in a reasonable time. Great company great plants and love my membershi. Look forward to my babies every month. Also you can skip months on this membership which is lagniappe.

Their customer service is the absolute best! I reached out to them after receiving my monthly subscription box to find the first succulent survived wonderfully but unfortunately the second one is devastated! Daisy replies back to me saying she had submitted a free surprise replacement for me. I received my replacement box today to find not just one for the plant I lost but a bonus baby succulent! I absolutely love my baby succulents and I appreciate you guys and the little babes you grow!
