The coaches, and entire board, are phenomenal people and put a level of care into building their organization that is unmatched by any other club in the region.
To them, it’s not just about volleyball, it’s about making good humans, on and off the court.
I was lucky enough to become a part of the SIVB family as a player decades ago. The lessons and support from this organization undoubtedly changed the trajectory of my life.
Worth every penny.

This is the top, most competitive girls volleyball training program in this region for the 11-18 year age groups. The standards are extremely high— if players cannot keep up, they will drop off the team. The coaches take this very seriously, they do not sugar-coat anything, and will always push your players forward. They don’t cut corners. They have a stringent policy on masking and vaccination, which exceeds most of the surrounding clubs. The stress level is somewhat higher than other programs around, so factor that in. Tryouts are very competitive. They have their own facility, so they are much more stable than half the other, less established clubs in the area, which had to pause or disband operations due to COVID. The location is very convenient, central and easy to reach from anywhere. They collaborate with the sports fitness program in the same building complex to condition the athletes as well as teaching volleyball and life coping skills. This is the team to be on, if your girls can make it.

We've been with Sudden Impact for two seasons now and have been really impressed by the leadership, the coaches, the culture, and the facility. This is a great organization that's really well run. The emphasis is on development of the girls as people first. The coaches and leaders (who are coaches themselves) really care about the players. The level of the teams is also excellent and the they're typically near or at the top of the teams in the region. Number one factor for us though is the ethical and caring culture.
