Good laundry place but the lady in charge is ridiculous. We put coins into a washer and the door wouldn’t close so we asked for the money back. She said to come back Monday so they could look at the cameras and see how much money we put. Mind you I’m wondering if they’re going to count each quarter or if you can even appreciate how much money we put from the footage. I told her to check the door to see we weren’t lying and she was like I know, it happens often… then why isn’t there a sign for out of service??? It just seems stupid she would agree that the door has been broken for a while but won’t return the money we put in. One of the dryers also took our money and wouldn’t start but it seemed pointless to let her know. She gave us attitude too.
