I went for the first time for a Pedicure and fullset on a Tuesday I was in the shop for a total of 3hours mind you I was the only customer for the first hour and a half.. As I was getting my pedicure the lady doing my nails kept leaving me to help the other customers that walked in. I paid a total of $85 and my fullset was nothing fancy but my nails were all different lengths and they fell off that next Monday by themselves!! The place was dirty & the materials were dirty. I don’t think I’ll ever go again.

Horrible. They called to confirm my apartment and didn't say a tech left for the day. Waited an hour while my friend got her Mani Pedi. They kept accepting walk ins even tho they were understaffed and didn't have the time. My gel lasted 2 hours before cleanly peeling off. After putting lotion, they didn't use a dehydrator or even alcohol to take the lotion off before applying the product. I don't even want to try to go back to have them fix it.

The customer service was great! I felt very comfortable. My nails are not $70 dollar quality at all though. The shape is off and polish is sticky.
