I came here because they offered Gel-x removal. I had the gel-x extensions over my real nails and explained this to them. Regardless of me letting them know that my real nail was underneath (which had over a month of growth), they mistakenly started cutting my natural nails. I only realized after they chopped off 3. They said it was their mistake yet when I asked for a solution, they said that I could pay for the fake nails they would need to add. I mentioned that I don't believe the charge for their mistake should fall on me which they finally agreed to and did not charge me. Regardless of the cost, my nails are now uneven and I have another gel-x extension that I did not want since I originally had them to help my nails grow out. The low rating is because this mistake was due to careless since there was very visable real nail under the gel -x extensions AND I told them this.
Beyond this, the quality of the nail art was sloppy and I came out of there with a 100 dollar bill for 50 dollar quality. I would not recommend here.
