Libby is such a great technician! I’ve been going to her for over a year now, and I have NEVER had a bad experience. She is extremely meticulous in her work, but also very friendly and has never made me feel judged. I am a regular thanks to her!

Randi is one of if not the best sugar tech I’ve ever seen. Their service is so fast (~10 mins), thorough, and totally minimizes discomfort. Attention to detail is excellent too. I’ve been seeing them for 3 or 4 sessions now and am convinced they’re one of the best out there.

I have been going to sugarplum for almost 10 years. I have been to 3 of their locations but lately I've strictly been seeing Libby at this Roosevelt location. She is so thorough and friendly! She makes the whole process nearly painless and my results always last longer with her. I will be very sad if she ever moves on but I know that all of the technicians are very talented so I will always be loyal to Sugar Plum.
