It’s refreshing to stumble upon innovation in a hyper hash tagged wine world befit with derivative flavor and lack of imagination. The wines at SC are creative, elegant, complex and balanced. The understated label eludes to the piety within the bottles and the core philosophy of the winemaker.
Exceptional! It was a time warp. I was transported to the vineyards of my youth. Long before the crafting of wine became less important than selling it. Decades before these magical places became venues for bridal showers and celebrity chefs. When the manicured rows were a calming place of wonderment and their resident wizards wore overalls.
Excellent unique tastings. Excellent personal service from the vintners! I left with a case, I'm sure I'll be back for another one! Updated a year later: current member of the club and still a fantastic top spot for estate wines and varietals perfect for the region prepared perfectly.
