Looking for a home for my son and I has been such a joy with Sujita! From our initial first meeting to each and every time we'd visit a house to check out she provided exceptional knowledge of the properties and closely matched to our situation and needs. This exemplifies her exceptional ability to listen to her clients which strengthened our relationship. Because of her amazing experience in the business she made sure that things on our end was in line regarding paperwork. She was also happy to answer our infinite questions we had and qualmed any reservations we at the moment. Correspondences with the seller when needed was communicated immediately to expedite the process. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Home Realty and Sujita Kumar during three purchase and two sales transactions over the last several years. In real estate, it is incredibly important to find someone to represent your best interests as well as be an excellent negotiator. Sujita has proven time and time again to be the best in both of those areas. Sujita is the type of agent that is always in your corner. We worked with her to buy our first home and she did everything she could to find us a home that we love in a wildly competitive market. She has so much knowledge about real estate that is helpful when looking for the right house. She is able to point out things that we wouldn’t have noticed as first time home buyers and I truly believe she does what is right for her clients. I would 1000% recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell! Will definitely rely on her for all of our future real estate endeavors.
