I wouldn’t recommend going to this massage place. Go find a better place! I called them, tried to make an appointment, and canceled the appointment in advance because of medical reason (I specifically mentioned my condition on the phone and it’s not a last minute cancellation though)! I called them at few times until the finally answered my call. The next day I called again, they asked me to pay a deposit which is the same rate as the hourly rate of $99 if I want to secure the appointment. They said that they are afraid of having no-show. I’m always committed to go to massage appointments because I respect their time. Anyways, I offered my credit card info (which I don’t usually do), and agreed that they can charge me if I don’t show up. They declined and said that I need to pay the FULL amount of the massage fee upfront. This is ridiculous!
I usually don’t write any reviews on Google. I’ve been to many massage places and I tipped massage therapists well. Please don’t go to this place and go find a better place!
I hope the store owner can see this review. As someone who is pregnant and wants to support local businesses, this is not how you treat your customer and do business. Apparently, they don’t value customers.
Also, the store owner responded to my review. She/he mentioned about the cancellation policy. I have neither been informed about the cancellation policy on the phone when I made the appointment nor received any confirmation text messages. How can a new customer agree to the cancellation policy when he or she has never been informed?
