My husband and I rented supplies from here for our wedding and we could not have chosen a worse place. Their prices are good but that's about it. Among other things, we rented an ice chest table and corn hole boards and a sign holder easel. They told us during our meeting in January that they would be at the venue at 7AM to set everything up and that all the tables would be ready by the time we got there at 9AM.
A week before the wedding is when all the issues started. They said they didn't see the easel on our invoice and we had to correct them and have them agree to bring it on the day of the wedding. The morning of the wedding, they had just dumped all the plates, decor, and linens on a table and left. Absolutely nothing was set up and we were missing the ice chest table, the corn hole games, and several linens. My husband had to call them and said that Jennette was very rude on the phone and made a fuss about having to come back. She also suddenly let us know that setting up would have been an extra fee even though she said everything was going to be set up before we arrived. When she came back to the venue, she only brought the ice chest table but still forgot the other things and we decided to just give up on them.
