I saw a negative review and the business owner responded indicating the person doing the rating was not a pt of theirs. That is a HIPAA violation due to looking up records on a need to know basis and confirming they are not a pt while not confirming others would infer they looked up the others and they are in fact pts. That is a very concerning practice they are doing.
Now the experience I had was with billing. They have absolutely no clue what they are doing. The pt was good for my son, but I was not impressed with one of their billers. I ended up having to report them to my insurance due to them over billing us.
