Cannot say anything other than Freda is fantastic. I’ve seen many massage therapists over the years and can comfortably say Freda is at the top of the list. Great pressure and utilization of other techniques like cupping and Gua sha.

Freda is gifted in massage therapy. She knows how to read what the body needs. I have been going to her for several years now, and find my overall well being content when I have a treatment with her. Highly recommend giving her a try. 👌

Freda is my best discovery of 2020. I hold a ton of tension in my jaw, neck, and shoulders and am amazed at the results in just a few visits. What she can accomplish in 90 minutes is incredible. This last time she focused on facial muscle tension and I haven't slept this well in years.
