It was my third visit. The receptionist told me I had not completed a form. I said I was told on my first visit that all my paperwork was completed. She insisted one form was not, pulled the form on her iPad and wanted me to sign it. I said I would do it after my massage. She insisted I do it right now. Since I didn’t have my eye glasses, I could not read the form and refused to sign it. I said I would do it after my massage session and get my glasses from my car. This upset her, rudely threw her iPad away and made an angry face. I told her that was a very inappropriate way to treat a client! She told the therapist I was rude to her and the therapist scolded me! I left two messages with management and I have not gotten a call back to report this incident to them.

Matt and Ryan went above and beyond to help me recover from a PCL injury and start feeling like myself again as fast as possible. The space is fantastic and the staff are great. They also have a noticeable emphasis on giving back to the community, which means a lot to me. Thanks for the support Summit Sports!

Dr. Akers had my two complaints diagnosed and a treatment plan developed in one visit. I very much appreciate the knowledge, experience ease, and professionalism of Dr. Matt and the entire team. I have found my chiropractor
