It is really frustrating that they will not get with the times and get an auto-pay program! Working full time, grad school full time and family, life gets busy! The feature would benefit me for convenience, but also you so you get on time payments from everyone! PLEASE get this feature! We have discussed before on the phone and you all just say, "right now we do not have it and we will continue to asses the need for it." Please come to this century, it really is nice! The only thing that prevents a 5 star.
Or even just a text msg system to reminder bill is ready would be a step closer!
