Jamie, (whom I assume is the manager by the way he bosses employee’s around) lacks even basic customer service skills such as being polite, or not arguing with a customer. As an owner of a business, if I witnessed one of my managers speaking to a client the way he spoke to and treated one of my employees and I, they would be terminated on the spot. I could understand someone having a bad day. However, I interacted with him 3 separate days, he was rude and discourteous every time. He argued with me regarding the condition of one of his machines, and when my employee proved him wrong, he was again, rude and condescending. I spend approx. $20-30K per year on rentals. This was my first time trying them out. I will never rent there again.

I rent a decent amount of equipment from them. From mini skid steers (dingos) to excavators, all for a business we run. Most of the time they equipment works great. Have had a few minor issues with maybe something being loose on the equipment like we had on a tree chipper we rented one time but otherwise no problems here!
