If I could I would give them negative stars. We chose to rent a Stump Grinder from them for the day. They charged almost $200 for the day. Got home (about an hour drive) started to use it when the pull start came off. My husband spent time putting it back on and made it through 3 smaller stumps to get the hang of it. When he moved to a larger stump the spring broke. He called and they said they could fix it however it would take us 2 hours round-trip to get it fixed and figured we would return it and try again another day. When my husband arrived they only gave him a small refund stating they had to charge a minimum (less than 1/2 of a day). We will never rent from them again and will suggest to everyone we know to go to A to Z or Chattaroy rentals. We ended up paying over $140 to do 3 stumps.

These guys have really gone out of their way to help me. They really stepped it up and have done really good things for me . I have no interest in going anywhere else. They are that good to me. They really try hard, and it's really appreciated..

Equipment was clean and ran well. The staff were friendly and made sure we knew how to operate the machine properly and safely.
