I hate that Sun Taxi is the only cab company we have in the area. If there are ANY other transportation options you can use, do it instead! I have to use this company for patient rides home, and it makes me sad. There is always at least an hour wait, and they are generally late being that. Most drivers are rude, their seatbelts do not work, and their cars smell of cigarettes. I have personally been screamed at by a Sun Taxi employee because the person he came to pick up was no longer here, 2 hours after a different Sun Taxi picked the person up!

I scheduled a ride 20 hours in advance. When the time came and nobody has picked me up, I called and they were 30 minutes away. I needed the taxi to get to work. So unprofessional and completely unreliable. Especially when there is no other ride services besides buses in this town. Get your act together, people rely on their SCHEDULED ride to be there at the correct time. Now I’m late for work and am stranded. Terrible terrible service.
