Third time using them. First two times were not good (I needed a taxi all week and instead decided to just walk it). I had called 1 hour ahead. They were 20-30 minutes late. Had to call several times to make sure I was getting picked up. This time I had to be in Poulsbo at 5:00 pm I called them at at 8 am. All day long I was scared that they were going to show 30 minutes late and make me late for my very important meeting. Fortunately the man got there a couple of minutes before my requested time. The ride was okay, I had to hand my phone over to the driver so he could follow the gps. He charged me the agreed amount that was stated over the phone in the morning, unlike the 2nd time I used them. That driver over charged me and demanded a tip after arriving 20 minutes late from the time requested. While I was in the taxi the man kept getting calls from people who needed service I suggest if you need this service you call several hours before you need to be picked up. This ride was okay. Customer service definitely needs to improve.

Friendly driver, she hit an obstacle in the road, made a great decision not to swerve, did not lose control. Excellent driver

Sunny drove me to the Clearwater Casino and it was fun the whole ride there, chatting with him made the ride feel a lot shorter than it was. Would be great to cross path him in the future, best wishes on his endeavors.
