They charged me for 2 days rental but I rented the equipment on Wednesday at 1:30 return it on Thursday at 4:30 ... 3 hours late (drive time back & forth) he said 2 days rental ...... I was like it was only 1 day & I am only 3 hours late .... he said I will have to charge you for 2 full days... I asked to reduce it to 1 1/2 day but he refused .... basically stealing $395 dollars from me... I would only rent from these theives if I had no other option. I only rent equipment 7 - 8 times a year so I will be taking my business to other rental companies. I recommend you do the same.

I rented several items from the Airway Heights, WA, location, to do a DIY concrete project. Renting and returning the equipment was smooth and efficient. I rented a tracked mud buggy, and it was trailer loaded and ready to go for me. Friendly and helpful staff. Prices are fair, and saved me a ton of $$ over using a contractor.

They sent out a faulty piece of equipment that we had to wait 6 hours to be fixed, then it broke down for another 3 days after that. The excavator bucket release was faulty. The first of the 2 mechanics was a younger arrogant guy and unnecessary jerk. He wasn’t knowledgeable on the equipment he was sent to “work on”. The second mechanic was a nice older guy. Would not recommend if you want a project to get done. You’d be better off buying dynamite and a shovel at Lowe’s.
