Every time i call to get a quote, book a job or ask a question they are so nice and helpful. We choose R&R over any other rental company because they have such great customer service and are wonderful to work with! We have rented many lifts with them and have purchased backpack blowers here as well.

I have taken chain saw chains to R& R for sharpening in the past and had acceptable results but 3 weeks ago I took 2 chains in and now cannot recommend their service. Both chains had the top plate leading edges ground flat so there is no cutting edge. I took the chains back and asked to have them properly sharpened but after a week the chains were returned looking exactly the same. The chains are now worthless ($68 + $30 “sharpening”) unless I can repair the damage. Chains are sharpened with a round file for a reason and evidently whoever is doing there work has no concept. This is the first poor review I have ever had to write but I feel obligated to keep others from going through the experience I had. The only reason they got one star is there is no lower grade

As a decades long “Valley Resident” I default to R&R Rentals for those big ticket items I can’t cram into my 3rd bay garage shop (or justify the purchase expense). Over the years I have rented any number of items, from powered pole saw trimmers to the industrial power washers. Never have I been disappointed in their service or personnel demeanor. If you are looking for a local rental service with friendly, personal staff and a wide variety of equipment and tools then this should be your first choice.
