Will be renting from another company next time. They nearly forgot to deliver our tractor (which was totally understandable considering the circumstances), but then it showed up without an additional attachment that we were led to believe was included and instead showed up with 2 flat tires, and then after pickup we were charged an additional “miscellaneous” fee which could only be explained by their accounting department as for fuel/travel expenses for the company vehicles. I’m sorry, but shouldn’t the $150 delivery/pickup fee cover that already? I get things are crazy busy around there right now, but that’s no reason to deceive a customer!
