I visited Sundance spa and massage today. I found the massage parlor to look very nice, clean, tidy and welcoming. The young lady who runs Sundance was very nice, friendly, curtious and knew what she was doing when it came to the massage. Her prices fit the norm of all the other places in the Tri-Cities so I felt her prices were quite fair. I left feeling really good, relaxed and revived. I would recommend Sundance Massage to all who are in need of a really good massage. Awesome!

I do a lot of cycling. So I often have very sore shoulders and calves. Have been to Sundance Spa a few times. They do a fantastic massage and always relax my shoulders and calves. Great service! I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Worst customer service experience. The lady at the front desk yelled at me the second i walked in and called me a liar. This was after I called looking for a same day appointment and she agreed to see me. I drove from east Kennewick to north Richland and it apparently was too long of a wait for her. Would've been nice of her to give me a heads up that a 20min drive during rush hour was too long of a wait. This is ridiculous and so unprofessional. I've never experienced worst customer service in the tri cities. Dont waste your money!
