Sunglass Hut

Chain retailer carrying a wide selection of trendy brand-name & designer sunglasses.

They refuse returns saying the lenz in scratched even when its not.

Usually get great service here. Came by after work day to get a lense tightened in and doors locked 10 minutes early. I get it, I used to work retail and those last minute customers can be a pain, but we always abided by our posted hours.

The fact that the employees didn't make an effort to move and simply mouthed "we're closed" at me from the register is a bit disheartening.

Better luck next time.

Very nice staff was so informative and honest. The security guard was also very polite and helpful. Above and beyond. Great selection just didn't have the pair I was looking for!
