Ordered my sunglasses inside the store, told I would get a guaranteed 2 day shipping. Turns out I did not receive my 2 day shipping in time and the sunglasses were not showing they have even shipped yet. Due to this, I did some digging.... turns out the manufacturer was doing a $30 off coupon for these sunglasses that I was unable to get because I was charged the full price of the glasses and was not informed of the discount 😑 I then called the store and informed them of my problem of not getting my sunglasses in time nor getting the discount. At this point in time I do not have my glasses or my discount. I am very disappointed with how the store handled my situation. I hope in the near future, they will make it right.
Upon calling back two days later, I was able to get all of my issue resolved with my $30 back. So they made it right.
