Had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer (she get's the 5 star) she was very helpful with a return I purchased online. The convoluted process was draining, I recommend NOT buying online They sent me the wrong glasses and now I'm hoop jumping to try and get a refund.

Jennifer Rose was exceptional when it came to customer service at this location! She was up beat, fun and super helpful when it came to returning ray bans I purchased online. She made a return experience actually enjoyable and stress free!! 5 out 5!!

Staff is welcoming and Knowledgeable about products and sales. They are always willing to tune and clean glasses. Usually visit the Sunglass Hut in Lincoln City Outlet Mall in Oregon
