Really bad customer service! I got three panels is cracking and they don’t wanna come to look at it. They told me to climb to to roof and take a picture send to them and then they can opening a case. How ridiculous it is to tell a customer to climb on their roof to take a picture 😂. I wish i don’t have it on.

Stay Away from Sunnova, A normal Solar system averages out to about 25k.... If you use sunnova that same solar system will run you about 80k. STAY AWAY FROM SUNNOVA.

Don’t trust this company!! They sign me for a purchase and then after they were calling me a saying ohh yours is a lease.. good thing I’m not that stupid and didn’t sign anything else.. please don’t waste your time ..
