Ray -- the proprietor of Sun-Ray -- has answered our calls here about twice over the last year or two. We have to remember that misbehaving garage doors can occur because spider webs are blocking the electric eye sensors for the garage door. I discovered this again just after Ray called to say he'd be here in a half hour. We took advantage of Ray's presence to also assure he gets paid for the visit. I had him lubricate the door, fix some loose bolts, and make sure it was in good operating condition before leaving.
Our garage door is now quiet and smooth in its operation. Very glad I have Sun-Ray in my digital rolodex.

High quality execution of installing a new Garage Door and going beyond what was expected with craftsmanship in repairing damage done by an unexpected impact by an unknown vehicle that brought enough impact to render the old Garage Door inoperable.
Ray came out to inspect the damage and told me what needed to be done and provided an estimate. A few days later he was back with a new Garage Door and installed along with fixing the damage that had been done.
Wonderful attitude and he has a work ethic that is almost extinct in today's world!
