Don’t go this place for replacing windows.If I had read Yelp review I would not have problems I am having now. I am not the first person having Issues. I trusted the owner because he has been at same location for over 30 years that was my biggest mistake I made. I read Yelp review who had same problems, window is not right size and they came couple times to repair but made no differences. They put border all around window on three windows then one window no border. They shouldn’t have put border at the bottom of the window. I asked take their shoes off the owner said his Workercomp insurance does not cover if his workers take shoes off even when they are coming to patch the gaps. I got rip-off big time. I went to Sunrise mirrors and glass because it is in our city , wanted to use local business since Los Alamitos increased sales tax I was hoping tax will stay in our city. My window was over priced big time. I paid $ 6800.00 for 5 windows and one patio door. Now I am stuck with ugly windows. Premium window is good quality window but owner insisted install Premium window. I wanted to install Milgard windows.
I have NOT YET used this company. I received their free visit and quote. I was influenced by the negative reviews posted by others and have not yet gone forward with this company.
The Sunrise workers visited us were very friendly, eager and helpful.
The store owners are first generation immigrant and appear to have come with good work ethics. They gave me quote and information I asked for on the spot.
I feel I can give them a chance, and they will do their job.
Their COMPETITOR across the street did not show up on the first appointment, never called to explain. I called the second time, the manager did not apologize, but asked me to arrive at the job site again first, call him, and wait for him to come at his convenience. Then, he asked me three times directly or by hint to promise business before he would give me his quote, and he chose not to quote me after I indicated to him a promise of equal opportunity and fair competition.
If the two guys who gave Sunrise one star and meant to praise the "competitor on the same street", I feel leery.
I am going to give Sunrise a try and will post my experience after... It may take 2 to 4 months, but I will post my experience.

My family had an absolutely awful experience with this business. Do yourself a huge favor and choose another business for your window needs. The owner blames the customer for everything wrong with the work he and his business provided. The owner yelled at me for asking him to cover his shoes so he wouldn't smear dirt on our rugs. He disrespectfully spoke to my mother so I had to intervene. The whole experience was horrific - it felt like something straight out of a nightmare! Don't just take my word for it - check out all the reviews on Yelp, you can even Google reviews from other sites to see the terrible experience other customers have had. Additionally, just read the owners response to my review. It clearly shows you how they treat paying customers and how he continues to blame them for his businesses incompetent work. NIGHTMARE.
