Poor management, poor upkeep, carol is cool gave me a lot of chances but maintenance is not good at all

The new management seems to be the next Carol. It's about time they get someone in there that helps the people and the park.

Staff helpful,and reasonably friendly. Residences clean and quiet. Property clean,quiet, and resonably safe. Residences unofficially watch out for others in property.
