The entire process was a positive experience starting with Faith the sales rep who helped us. And I would give a 10 out of 10 to the team that came to install the solar panels arriving on time being professional and when the process was completed he walked me thru what was completed from the batteries to the shut off switch to who was coming to inspect and who to contact in case we needed help. Very happy with the installation

We had an outstanding experience with Sunrun, largely thanks to Philip Weston. Philip, our dedicated salesperson, truly went above and beyond to make everything happen for us. His expertise and commitment were evident as he helped us upgrade our power panel and secured additional panels to meet our energy needs. We're incredibly grateful for all of Philip's help and highly recommend him and Sunrun to anyone considering solar installation.

My Mom & I were approached by a friendly but pushy salesperson at a Home Depot. We weren't interested until she mentioned that Sunrun might be able to help find lower prices for the roof replacement that was needed. We made an appointment for the following day. After researching Sunrun and noticing the number of BBB complaints were lodged against it (5k+ over the last 3yrs?!) I called to cancel my appointment.
The rep began by telling me it was a bit late to cancel (it was 1:05 and my appointment was at 2p). He asked me for the reason for cancelling and I told him about the volume of BBB complaints. He started arguing about 'not believing everything on the Internet' and trying to convince me they were the only option. When I insisted on cancelling he just hung up.
Horrible customer service before I even begin? Stay away from this company.
