I purchased a new Solar System from Sunrun Solar. The job is not completed months later. We agreed I would pay half of the total and the rest once the system was approved by PG & E. All I get is calls wanting payment when the job is not complete. The Sunrun follow through is very poor at best.

Bonnie and her whole team were amazing during the entire process of getting solar. She held my hand through it all. Answered all the stupid questions I had. I couldn’t have asked for an easier and fast process. The longest wait was on SCE to approve my program. Everything else from Sunrun went really quick. I would highly recommend them if you are considering solar

Clara Foley came to my house one day and told me how Sunrun could install solar panels and a back up battery on a 20 year lease plan at a guaranteed fixed price. This amount was very little more than my average PG&E bill, which will increase regularly. I am very happy to be doing the right thing for the environment in a way that is affordable for me. I also had the joy of uninterrupted power during the last blackout. Clara is friendly, energetic, knowledgeable.
