Overpriced for product quality. He'll say one price for an item that has no price tags on it, inwvwn ask for the total cost AFTER Taxes! Then he rings me up and his total after taxes price he'd Just told me I would be paying for my items,... Somehow it's Always a dollar or Two dollars Over on an already over priced item. Oh but when I nicely questioned his random New price? He shoo'd me out his store and said "Next please. Ok bye." Yeah hell no. I've not gone back either. Every time Ithink I'll try shopping in the store again. Nope. He gets worse EVERY SINGLE TIME 😵 Not to mention how he changes the price for the same item I'd ask for a price check, it would suddenly go up FIVE dollars each time and that's what it's starting price was! Lol he is craZy. Talkin bout "I never say five. Always twenty dollar"

Bought a touch lighter for 25$ got home it ran out of fluid and doesn't refill. So lame. No returns or exchanges. Great selection bad customer relations.

I stop in on occasion for my Camel Wides & a new lighter. The owner is ALWAYS very nice to me. He loves my little Chi who accompanies me each visit. He always makes it a point to say "hello" to her. Always smiling. I have read a few reviews claiming the opposite experience here and i am floored with disbelief. Sure we all have our "off-days" but i refuse to believe this gentleman (owner) would act out as a few others discribed, without good reason. All businesses have surveillance cameras. If you had a negative experience here maybe he remembered you (correctly/incorrectly) from a past visit. The man sells stuff. He doesn't have to "like" anyone. In fact i would love to see this fella, just once for entertainment, get squirrelly with someone who's wronged him. Bet he's got one helluva drop-kick. 🤗😆
