Called for a simple consultation with Brian, as difficult as the beginning process was to even start he made it even more so. Rude and condescending, talked down to me because I was a young woman. Found my situation and circumstances were humorous, he was the first attorney I had unfortunately spoken to about guidance and was extremely let down. Save your time and money and find someone who cares about YOUR arduous life decision.

I originally contacted them for just a sit down to see if they could even help me with my case for custody over my son. I met with Brian he was up front and honest and let me make payments on the retainer him along with his staff has gone above and beyond for me and with me. I live in eastern Washington and they made it extremely easy to communicate and do all the paperwork that was necessary. Not once that I have called he was too busy to talk to me or contact me shortly after calling I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help fair pricing for the amount of effort and true caring he put into my case.

Brian Anthony was my lawyer over a year divorce case and he has been hands down the worst lawyer I could have ever asked for. I can't imagine anyone worse than him. He literally just took $5,500 and did absolutely nothing to fight for my case at all except answer 58 emails over a year period. The other party got everything, and I mean literally everything. Including full custody, 70% of the equity in the house, spousal support even though she earns 200k+ per year or 2-3 times as much as i do. Also, she got the entire equity of a business of roughly 400k. I personally invested $100k into the business but got nothing out of it. He refused to even request/enforce discovery even when the other party just lied on all the forms about their income and hiding assets, etc. She said she only earned 2k per month but in reality its 14k per month she earns. I can go on for hours about it. Brian could care less about the case because i was just a homeless nobody to him. Once he realized I had no money left, he didn't care and never once stood up for me. I wish I can file a complaint with the bar association. Worst experience of my life.
