Definitely not worth the $70 wash or frustration. Their staff seems to be young, lackadaisical, and has poor attention to detail. Which is disappointing to experience from an auto detailing business. I felt as though the staff was more concerned with speed of the job than quality of the job. After stepping back into my vehicle I had to pull back into their workspace and address some issues. The quality insurance employee was trying to pull out the excuses for the car’s condition but after showing him multiple spots on the inside of the vehicle with visible dirt he attempted to re-do the work. I ended up having to ask for a cloth myself because they were still gliding over spots and not doing a full job in my opinion. I usually detail my own cars to avoid such issues but I was in the need of help today, and was going here off of a family recommendation. The worst part is that the car wasn’t even terribly dirty. All it needed was a thorough vacuum and some elbow grease to make the interior spot free. They also failed to make the car smell nice. I wasn’t even looking for a scent booster but the employee who took in my vehicle recommended it to me. I could have done a better job myself with a micro fiber and a house vacuum.
