Worst place to live in.
My partner and I moved in to Sunset View because of the affordability but that came with a cost. Both our cars got broken into multiple times and the leasing office did absolutely nothing about it. When we called the surveillance company that they have posted the surveillance company told us that they have no contract with our apartments; basically, the cameras are just there for show.
The leasing office has towed our cars 4 times already, adding up close to $2,000 in fees we’ve had to pay because of their mistakes. I pay monthly fees to reserve our parking spots but we still get towed with no explanation, they’re just money hungry.
The crime in the area is so high, I don’t feel safe here at all. Multiple gunshots throughout the week, homeless people sleeping in the laundry room.
Maintenance is non existent for the apartment if it’s not building A, and the leasing office agents are extremely rude, never answer the phone or emails and simply don’t care for their paying residents.
Horrible place to live in, a horrible experience and looking forward for this lease to terminate so we can get the hell out of here.
If you’re contemplating moving here, don’t.
