We have both residential and commercial pick up. They damaged property at our business. Drivers speed through neighborhoods. Rude employees. Absolutely no response from management.

Someone request garbage service and then doesn't pay because they died. Now you want someone else to pay that bill!? That's why you take creditor information and their information. No one else is responsible for that bill

If you have another choice for garbage disposal, take it! I live in a rural area and trash pickup is essential. After putting in a call with sunshine, I had to wait a week to have my can delivered, and then another week before any garbage would be removed. When it came time for pickup, I already had more garbage than would fit, and I would have to wait another week before I could be caught up as it was. The truck never came. Upon calling customer service I was told that for some reason my first pickup didn't print out on the drivers report. Not to worry though, they won't charge me extra on the next pickup. So you aren't going to charge me extra for YOUR mistake, great, but let's talk about the bill I received for services not rendered? This is causing me quite the inconvenience after all. The only compensation I was offered for my trouble was being told I could just deal with my own garbage for now, and start service next week. Because I have no other choice. Thanks Sunshine!
