Poor customer service skills, not willing to find solutions, acted as if they were to busy to answer questions. Fired them quickly now interviewing other companies. Sad

Sarah and Karin were splendid. I had a total knee replacement requiring significant in-home rehab immediately after surgery, and these people were excellent in pushing me, yet also supporting me, in a very caring way. Excellent in all respects.
