I’ve been a member of Suns up Tanning for about 5 years now. I have always been given excellent customer service, which from my experience seems to be lacking today. I will not say the name of the establishment, but just last week I went through a drive through and the employee did not speak one word to me at the window. I do not like small talk nor do I expect a lengthy conversation, but I do expect that customers should at the minimum be greeted with a hello. I am always greeted at Suns up and when I leave I am acknowledged again with a goodnight or see you next time. It’s refreshing to know good customer service is not lost. CJ 😎
