I give Sun's Up Tanning 1 star. When I first went in to check out what packages they offered I settled on an "Executive Bronze" deal. I was told it was 5 tans for $120.00. I tanned that day after signing up. I thought $24.00/ tan was a bit pricey but went ahead. They next week we had snow followed by an ice storm. The salon closed for the entire week. When I came back in after they reopened I spoke with a different person and she informed me I had 2 tans left. I was surprised because I thought I still had 4 left. She said that package I'd opted for was only good for three tans. I was shocked, how could different employees be so off on what their packages offered? I told her I would never had agreed to spend $40.00/tan that would only last for 12 minutes max. She then offered to me 1 "free" tan for the inconvenience of the weather forcing their closure. I can't recommend this place at all. I'm going to find a tanning salon with reasonable rates.
I've been a member for almost 9 years. I love this place! It's clean and well run. All the staff are very helpful and kind and accommodating. I have had a lot of interactions with Bri. She works so hard and takes great care of everything.

I have to add that I've been extremely disappointed in the condition of the stand up bed for the last 6 months!!!
There are bulbs out EVERY SINGLE WEEK. I tell the front desk (all the ladies that work there are AWESOME!!!) and sometimes they'll get replaced but it's very rare.
I just tanned and there are 9 bulbs out. Last week I reported 5 out.
Every single week there's at least 2 or 3 up to 14 bulbs out.
I'm thinking about canceling my membership....very sad as I'll have been a member here 10 years this November.
Another Edit: Just finished Tanning this week with 6 bulbs out. This is ridiculous!!!
I’m starting to really love this place! The receptionist is so very helpful and welcoming. Initially, the price point was a bit more than I anticipated, but 1. It’s been a few years since my last tanning sessions, and 2. Prices have increased 35% across the board…. AND they don’t to an actual membership (I’m looking at you, LA Tan!) I feel my time, my finances and needs are all respected. This is an important experience for me and my financial business.
I’d recommend SunsUp, especially if you’re looking for the whole experience
