This is not a retail location, so do not be like me and just drop in. Calling ahead is greatly appreciated and preferred. Extremely professional though, and eager to assist with my questions, as I was between Harness sizes. Thank you, Charm, Jake, Maria, and Steve! This supplier's warehouse was also extremely clean and organized; that says a lot.
