I came by today (Tuesday) and 10:30am and the doors were locked and lights were off. It says they open at 9am mon-sat. I was one of 3 people who tried to shop here. I tried to call. No one answered. Whoever didn’t show up to open the store just cost them a lot of money and a potential new customer. Really bummed because I needed some things here while I was shopping in the area

I go to this store often for supplements. I absolutely love it. If you're moving here from other parts of the country, you might recognize them by their parent company, The Vitamin Shoppe. It was a nice surprise when I moved back to the area and could continue to buy from the same company that has treated me well anywhere I have been their customer.
Where some other places can be in-your-face with upsells, here they will gently make suggestions, but they don't apply too much pressure. They stay friendly about it.

The manager tonight was incredibly rude and disrespectful. A horrible addition to the hovering while you shop with no info on supplements. He’s absolutely horrible. The other guy that was working should get his job, he was trying to be helpful and at least had a personality. Never will I shop that location while that manager works there. I’ve been a customer since 2008 at about 100 bucks a visit. Never again at that store.
