I had to reschedule my appointment and Shontee helped me with that very smoothly. Then when I came in I was greeted and acknowledged. I was in the chair 10 minutes before my appt. was scheduled to begin. She did an amazing job listening to what I wanted, communicating back to ensure what I meant and then delivered the exact haircut I had in mind. Best Supercuts I've been to.

I went there on December 2nd and had a great cut. Then, I went back 5 weeks later to get a trim and she ruined my hair. It looks like she set a small bowl on the top of my head and chopped away. She rushed and cut a chunk out of the front of my hair. The lady’s name was Lee.
